This Privacy Policy describes how Steren Impex Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively “Steren, we, our, us”) collect, use, share or otherwise process your personal information through Steren website.

Process to report an issue
- E-mail your findings to sales@sterenimpex.com. Please share your contact information with your mobile number.
- Do provide enough information to reproduce the problem, so we will be able to resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Do not take advantage of the vulnerability or problem you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or deleting or modifying other people's data
- Do not reveal the problem to others until it has been resolved
- Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam, etc.
Collection of Your Information
When you use our Platform, we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. In general, you can browse the Platform without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service, product or feature on the Platform.
